GRANT COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in the Grant County Conference Room #266 in the Administration Building, 111 S Jefferson St., Lancaster, WI 53813 on Monday, August 17th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. on the following appeals.  There may be site inspections prior to the public hearing with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. BOA #26-02: Appeal of Keith Friederick, PIN 014-00077-0020, for a variance from the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Chapter 315 Subsection 3.23 (2) (a). The applicant is requesting relief of the 50’ township road required setback. This property is located in the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 04, T4N, R2W in Ellenboro Township, Grant County, WI.
