If you suspect abuse, neglect or financial exploitation of an elder or vulnerable adult or would like assistance with the guardianship process please call 608-723-2136 and ask to speak to the intake worker. If you would prefer to email your report or request please email us at APSReporting@co.grant.wi.gov and the report/request will be directed to the APS Unit.
