Our Purpose

The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Grant County is dedicated to working with adults and families who are affected by aging, disability, mental health, or substance abuse issues.

Who We Serve

• Adults age 60 and older
• Adults age 18+ with physical, developmental, or intellectual disabilities
• Families and caregivers

Services

Family Caregiver Programs

The ADRC provides support for family caregivers through the Alzheimer’s Family Caregiver Support Program (AFCSP) and the National Family Caregiver Support Program (NFCSP).
We can help with:
• Education and training
• Support groups and counseling referrals
• Short-term respite care options
• Financial help for caregiving expenses (eligibility-based)
• Contact the ADRC for more information
