The County Board approves funding each year for county cost sharing.
The funding is available to cost share on all conservation practices included in the County Cost Share Policy (Listed Below). Due to the small amount of cost share available, the LWCC has set a 75% up to $5000 limit on practices. The CSZC has set high, medium and low priority on each practice and evaluates this list yearly. The priorities are also used to assist NRCS on setting priorities in the Environmental Quality Incentives Program.
