The County Administrator serves as Grant County’s chief administrative officer and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of county government under the direction of the Grant County Board. The Administrator coordinates county departments, supports department leaders, implements County Board policy, and helps ensure county services are delivered effectively, legally, and responsibly. Key responsibilities include leading the annual budget process, overseeing administrative operations, advancing organizational efficiency, and supporting strategic planning and intergovernmental coordination.
The mission of the County Administrator is to provide professional, accountable administration that supports the County Board’s policy direction and ensures efficient, responsive county services for the residents of Grant County.
