Welcome to the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Southwest Wisconsin – Grant County! We are part of a four county region in the Southwestern part of Wisconsin which includes: Grant, Lafayette, Green, and Iowa Counties. The number to reach any of ths four counties is 1-800-514-0066.
The Aging & Disability Resource Center assists people in Grant County to access information and get connected to needed services. We serve elderly,adults, with physical disabilities, adults with developmental disabilities, adults with mental health and substance abuse issues, as well as serving the families, providers, friends, and neighbors of these consumers. Information and assistance services are free of charge and confidential.
