Oversee County financial operations—policies/procedures, reporting, accounting, reconciliations, and budgeting. Provide fiscal guidance to departments and financial/statistical support to the Finance Committee and County Board. Maintain the general ledger; coordinate the annual independent audit and serve as auditor liaison; perform internal
audits as needed.
